At Kylah Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order or return a product. This policy outlines the process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at kylahbeautyguru@gmail.com or by phone at 0300 1059524. We will process your cancellation request promptly and confirm it via email.

Returns:

  • You may return any unopened, unused, and undamaged product within 05 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund. This includes products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing components.
  • Products damaged during shipping are not considered your fault. Please refer to the “Damaged Items” section below for instructions.

Return Process:

  • Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team by email at kylahbeautyguru@gmail.com or by phone at 0300 1059524 to initiate your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
  • Pack Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) you wish to return in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RMA number.
  • Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at kylahbeautyguru@gmail.com or by phone at 0300 1059524 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, at your discretion.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for products that do not meet the return criteria outlined above. This includes products that are:
     1.Opened or used
     2.Damaged due to customer misuse
     3.Returned after the 7-day return window
     4.Not in original packaging (unless original packaging is unavailable)
