Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Expedited shipping delivers your order within 03 business days for orders within Pakistan.
  Next-Day Shipping: Craving an immediate Kylah Beauty fix? Choose next-day shipping for orders placed before noon on weekdays. Deliveries arrive the following business day within the Location.

Order Processing:

We strive to process your order within 02 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or for personalized items, processing times may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
While rare, lost or stolen packages can occur. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 02 days of the marked delivery date at kylahbeautyguru@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Please note: After 02 days from the marked delivery date, we may be unable to replace the order due to carrier claim limitations.
